Marc by Marc Jacobs' Rosette dress retails for $600 at Net-A-Porter.

This dress by Akira has it's differences (bustier top, different detailing on the skirt), but it vaguely reminded me of the Marc by MJ version so I thought I'd post it as an inspired by option. It retails for $84.90 and you can click here to purchase.
